ALL SALES ARE DEEMED ABSOLUTELY FINAL.

No returns or cancellations will be accepted, ever.
Refunds are at our discretion on a case-by-case basis
Shipping fees are non-refundable
Transaction fees are non-refundable

We pay website/transaction fees for every order placed on the website that is non-refundable for me
Canceled orders will be refunded in full MINUS our transaction fees (5.8% of the total order)

If you feel there is an issue with your order, CONTACT ME IMMEDIATELY. A clear picture of the entirety of your order MUST be photographed including the products, packing slip(s), box, and anything and everything else you received. If you cannot provide these, we cannot provide further assistance.

Shipping/Turn-Around Times:
I ship Tuesday - Friday (Monday only when i got the time)
Orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of being placed 99% of the time, though on rare occasions, some orders may take longer. ALL orders will ALWAYS be shipped as fast as possible.

Unless a substantial amount of time has passed (5+ days) with no tracking/shipping updates, especially during a big sale, please do not reach out to us inquiring about the status of your order as it only serves to slow us down and does nothing to speed up the process.



Order Status:
When your order is placed you will receive an email or text confirmation letting you know we have received the order and are getting it ready for you. If you do not receive an immediate order confirmation, don't panic. An incorrect email or phone number was likely provided and can be fixed on our end.

As soon as your order ships you'll receive another notification from us which will include a tracking number that can be used to track the status of your order. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update and become available.

If you haven’t received another update within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact me at coilsbydennis@gmail.com with your name and order number and we will look into it for you

 

Damaged during installation:
We strictly offer flawless builds. Products damaged during installation or use for any reason at all will never be refunded or replaced under any circumstance no matter what.
Melted coils, permanent hotspots, you name it, are ALL user-error and will never warrant a refund or reship. Asking will be futile.


We do not guarantee our products will work with your specific gear. It is impossible for us to do so. It is up to you to do the research and use your best judgment. For example: If you purchase coils that are too large for your intended atomizer, you may not request a refund/return/replacement.

Lost in Transit:
In the event that your package is "hanging" in transit (the tracking information is no longer being updated) contact us and let us know. If your package is never marked as delivered we will reship your order free of charge.

Delayed in Transit:
Packages delayed in transit will not be reshipped unless the package's tracking has stopped updating and the package is lost. Most packages arrive on time without a hitch, but in some rare cases, for one reason or another, some packages experience delays. We know this can be frustrating but please remember any delays or mishaps with the post office are out of our control and we will always do everything in our power to resolve the issue as quickly as possible and we will never leave you hanging.

Returned to Sender:
If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to sender you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to reship the package.
All shipping and transaction fees are non-refundable. 

Delivered:
Orders marked as “Delivered” will not be refunded or replaced under any circumstance. Please be aware of when your order is arriving and be ready to receive the package. If your order is marked as delivered and did not show up, go down to your local post office with the tracking number and shipping updates in hand and politely explain the situation and request them to GPS locate where the lost package was dropped off so it can be retrieved and delivered to you.
